Set of 4 chairs Niels Otto Møller model 79 in teak – J.L. Møllers

Set of four authentic Danish chairs model 79, designed by Niels Otto Møller and produced by J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik, Denmark, in the 1960s. Solid teak structure, with particularly elegant and lightweight lines, characteristic of Scandinavian design from this period. The sculpted and slightly curved backs, as well as the tapered legs, testify to the high quality of craftsmanship from the Møller factory. The chairs bear the marking “J L MØLLER MODELS – MADE IN DENMARK” under the seat. In very good overall condition. The structures are solid and the wood retains a beautiful warm hue. The seats have been reupholstered later with a small patterned brown fabric, clean and in good condition. Two chairs have a small, discreet old restoration at the upper corner of the backrest, clearly photographed. Some light signs of use consistent with their age. Sold exclusively as a set of four.
