Collection "Country House" – Set of French artisanal stoneware ceramics – Puisaye – 1960s & 70s I am offering this superb collection of French artisanal stoneware ceramics, patiently gathered to create a harmonious set in natural tones. Each piece has its own identity, but together they form a coherent decoration, ideal for a chic country interior, family home, wabi-sabi, or characterful house. This collection includes: • A large serving plate signed by Roger Jacques, a stoneware potter from Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, featuring a distinctive speckled finish. • A dessert plate in stoneware from Puisaye, 1970s, showcasing a superb speckled finish characteristic of artisanal productions from that era. • A third matching plate in glazed stoneware. • Three artisanal speckled stoneware cups, entirely handmade, with varied glazes. • A glazed stoneware teapot from the 1960s signed "Arts Ceram Grand Feu" no. 3, from the workshops of renowned potters Michel and Denise Pointu from Puisaye. • A large glazed stoneware jug, with its elegant contrasting brown rim, typical of French productions known for their robustness. • A small glazed stoneware jug from the 1970s. • An antique brown glazed stoneware pot, once used as a mustard pot, now perfect as a small vase or decorative object. • A small glazed stoneware pot with a minimalist design, featuring a soft, satin glaze. The set is in excellent overall condition considering its age. The small signs of time testify to its authenticity and contribute to its charm. This collection does not come from a store-bought set: each piece has been individually sourced before being brought together to create a unique ensemble, with perfectly matched colours. An ideal decoration for a country kitchen, family home, holiday cottage, charming decor, or interior.
