Rockabilly design bedside table with tapered legs.

Charming and unique, this small 1950s bedside table with two doors showcases a slightly rockabilly silhouette! Resting on a tapered leg base, it exudes that characteristic lightness of mid-century furniture that we love so much. The body is entirely covered in a warm-toned, wavy birch veneer. Finally, we fell in love with the handles: two sculptural pieces in free-form brass. Whether used as a bedside table or a side table, this little retro piece is full of character. The bedside table dates from the 1950s and is in good condition. The wood is bright. Signs of use are visible on the top, including a stain on the varnish shown in the photo. There are also two small missing veneer pieces on the back sides of the furniture. The doors are fully functional. The brass handles are oxidised in places. 49.5cm wide, 34.5cm deep, 52cm high, 27cm high for the body. Visible in Colmar, delivery possible upon request.
