Set of 5 chairs by Renato Zevi for Roche & Bobois

Elegant set of five cantilever armchairs designed by Italian designer Renato Zevi for Roche Bobois in the 1970s. These armchairs stand out for their tubular chrome steel structure with fluid and sculptural lines, perfectly illustrating the modernist and Space Age aesthetic characteristic of Italian production in the 1970s. The seats and backs are upholstered in a fine boucle in a subtle off-white that contrasts delicately with the shine of the chrome. Some signs of wear on the chrome (see photos). Dimensions: Height 72 cm, Width 52 cm, Depth 44 cm, Seat height 45 cm.
