When lit, the fabric glows a deep, warm crimson, the weave becoming visible and the stripes dissolving into a single luminous wash of red. The effect is intimate and cosy.The style is strongly reminiscent of craft-led pendant production from northern Sweden during the 1960s and 70s, when textile and woodwork traditions were frequently combined in domestic lighting with great skill and warmth.Condition is superb.
