A sumptuous pair of Art Deco armchairs from around 1920. The so-called "gondola" model features fluted arched uprights. Constructed from waxed beechwood, they have been completely reupholstered by an upholsterer specifically for their sale and reupholstered in a high-quality grained velvet fabric in natural ecru and light gray tones to give them a modern, trendy touch. In the same vein, a double piping finish has been added, a less classic look than the usual gold studs. The backrest height is 78 cm, the seat height is 33 cm, and the width and depth are 65 cm.
