Chair by Frits Henningsen model CH18A in oak, Mid Century Design

Dimensions: approx. 55 × 61 × 100 × 44 cm (width × depth × height × seat height) Original dining chair model CH18A, designed by Frits Henningsen and produced by Carl Hansen & Søn in Denmark – a remarkable example of Danish craftsmanship. Made from solid oak, this chair is distinguished by its exceptional quality of construction. The backrest consists of fourteen round wooden spindles, eight of which pass through the central rail, creating a unique structural and aesthetic detail. The seat, made from solid wood approximately 5 cm thick, features a slight indentation for added comfort. The wood shows a beautiful patina with minor signs of use, attesting to its authenticity. An original label underneath the seat confirms its Danish manufacture. Condition: Very good vintage condition with minor signs of use. Solid structure and beautiful patina.
