Vintage Art Deco mirror in carved wood from the 1940s/50s.

Charming vintage Art Deco mirror, made of carved wood with a floral motif. Its restoration revealed a beautiful patina (a mix of gray, white, and wood) under a thick layer of paint. The wood has been treated against insects. The mirror is in its original condition, with a nice state for its age! It is quite heavy since the wood is oak! There are small embedded cracks and stains on the beveled glass from the period, which do not affect the aesthetics of the piece and, on the contrary, add character to it! Width 70 cm, height 42.5 cm, depth 2.5 cm.
