Danish vintage Lyskaer pendant lamp by Bent Nordsted, 1980s

This vintage aluminium pendant lamp by Lyskaer dates from the 1980s and is a beautiful example of Scandinavian lighting design. Its clean lines and timeless silhouette make it an elegant addition to both contemporary interiors and spaces inspired by Danish mid-century design. The lamp features a reflective lighting system that directs light not only downwards but also sideways, gently illuminating the shade itself. This creates a soft, warm and diffused light without glare, making it both a practical light source and a stylish design feature. It works beautifully above a dining table, kitchen island or in a living room. **Dimensions** Diameter: 47 cm. Height: 22 cm. **Condition** The lamp is in very good vintage condition. There are minor dents on the upper shade, visible in the photos. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the condition description. **Restoration & Electrical** The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned and fitted with a new braided electrical cable. We put a great deal of time, care and heart into preparing each lamp. Our aim is to preserve its original vintage character while ensuring it is ready to be installed and enjoyed in its new home. A new metal ceiling canopy is included.
