Complete and homogeneous set: the table and chairs are from the same Italian publisher, Slide, and the same designer, Milanese architect Guglielmo Berchicci. These are the two historical pieces of the brand, designed to go together. Sold as a set only, no separate sale. THE TABLE – model ED, Ø 140 cm. Diabolo-shaped base, made of translucent white rotomoulded polyethylene, illuminated from within. The light diffuses through the frosted glass top and creates a very special atmosphere in the evening. When turned off, the table remains a sculptural piece. – Diameter 140 cm, height 72 cm. – Round top in removable satin tempered glass. – Integrated lighting: 2 E27 sockets (25 W max.), powered by cable. – Comfortably seats 4 to 6, up to 8 according to the publisher. – Current new price: approximately €1, 600. THE 4 CHAIRS – model Zoe, orange. Each is moulded from a single block of rotomoulded polyethylene. The enveloping shape, made of curves and facets, is comfortable without cushions. Moulded signature under the seat: SLIDE – ITALY – design Guglielmo Berchicci. – Orange colour, matte finish. – Approximately 50 × 57 cm, height 84 cm, seat height 44 cm. – 7 kg each, easy to move. – Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. – New price: approximately €240 each. CONDITION Very good overall condition, no cracks or breaks. Lighting in perfect working order - bulbs included. Normal signs of use on the matte finish of the polyethylene. The set is heavy and bulky: two people and a vehicle capable of transporting a 140 cm glass top are required. The top is removable, the base alone weighs about 40 kg.
