‘Hunter Lounge Chair’ by Torbjørn Afdal for Bruksbo, Norway 1962

This beautiful ‘hunter lounge chair’ by torbjørn afdal was designed in 1962. Please note its simple aesthetics and the wide variety of natural materials used. As the name suggests, this chair is designed to sit comfortably. And that’s right, it’s comfortable to sit in. The chair presented here was most likely produced in the late 1960s or early 1970s and is in completely original condition. It has acquired a beautiful patina over the years, which shows its age beautifully. The chair is in very good condition with wear corresponding with age and use. The structure is solid.
