Set of 4 antique chairs in woven red and natural rattan.

A very beautiful set of four antique rattan chairs. Elegant silhouette, high rounded backrest, curved and bound rattan structure, double decorative arch under the backrest, and legs reinforced with crossbars. Both the seat and backrest feature herringbone weaving highlighted by fine red accents. A red rattan trim also borders the backrest and seat, adding a lot of character to the whole. The construction and techniques used are in line with the French tradition of café, terrace, and veranda furniture from the mid-20th century.
