Médicis vases 20th century

Very beautiful pair of Médicis vases from the early 20th century, around 1920-1930. Made entirely of cast iron with remarkable decorations and a glossy bottle green paint for added brilliance. Two lion head-shaped handles and a stylised naturalistic frieze frame the body of the vases. The bases are square, and the necks have flared patterns. The vases can be filled with soil or accommodate a pot, as they are hollow and drain water. Very beautiful and rare antique pieces, ideal for decorating a garden.
