Small Moroccan tripod tea tray in silver-plated metal, vintage chiseled decoration.

Beautiful small Moroccan silver-plated tea tray, handcrafted from the 1960s to 1980s. Circular in shape, it rests on three tripod feet resembling lion's paws and features an elegant openwork rim with regular patterns. The centre is richly chiselled with floral and geometric decorations in the Maghreb decorative tradition, showcasing fine craftsmanship. Signature of the workshop or artisan on the reverse. Diameter 27cm, height 6cm, inner diameter 14.5cm, usable depth 3cm. Generally in good condition with patina, natural wear of the plating revealing the underlying brass or copper in places, slight signs of oxidation consistent with age and use. Weighs approximately 500g.
