Pair of sculptural mid-century armchairs in dark wood and brown upholstery.

Striking pair of mid-century armchairs from the 1950s–1960s. The chairs feature sculptural dark-stained wood frames with angular front supports, slightly curved armrests, and an elegant open construction. Their distinctive geometric profiles give the chairs a strong architectural character. The seats and backs are upholstered in a dark brown material, beautifully complementing the warm tones of the wooden frames. A pair full of character, suitable as dining chairs, office chairs, or accent seating in a modernist interior. Condition. Good vintage condition with slight signs of age and use on the wooden frames. The brown upholstery is generally in good condition. One chair has a very small tear at the front corner of the seat, as shown in the photo. It is barely visible. Dimensions. Height: 88 cm. Width: 56 cm. Depth: 52 cm. Seat height: 47 cm. Sold as a pair. For a single purchase, please contact us.
