Vintage Humppila ‘Koivunoksa’ Glass Plate by Kaija Aarikka – Finland

Beautiful vintage ‘Koivunoksa’ (Birch Branch) glass plate designed by Kaija Aarikka for Humppila Glassworks in Finland. The design features a sculptural birch branch in relief, beautifully captured within the textured clear glass. With its organic motif, softly irregular surface and substantial glass construction, the piece is a wonderful example of Finnish glass design inspired by nature. Beautiful as a serving plate, but equally striking displayed as a decorative object. Designer: Kaija Aarikka. Manufacturer: Humppila, Finland.
