Pair french vintage cast bronze traditional empire style double wall lights

Pair vintage french quality cast bronze traditional empire style wall lights the sconces are made up of a back plate in a traditional empire style with a groove and leaf design. From the back plate come the two arms each with scrolling acanthus leaf and floral detail leading to round candle drip holders with a grove pattern on the underside. The candle drips are in beige card and in keeping with the sconces.the lights are working with french twin core wiring and take 2 small screw in bulbs each. The bronze is in good vintage condition with age related marks and patina. They have been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on the finish. There is a small fixing hook on the back of each sconce to fix it to the wall.we recommend all electrical items are checked and fitted by a qualified electrician in your own country to comply with local safety regulations.
