Superb ceramic vase in the shape of a female bust with a white crackle glaze, hand-painted decoration in turquoise blue (eyebrows, eyes, patterns at the collar). Floral relief appliqués on the headdress and collar. Opening at the top allowing for use as a vase. Signed "VALDEMONE — Santo Stefano di Camastra" (Sicily) — a craft workshop from the Sicilian capital of ceramics, a city renowned for its hand-painted earthenware since the 17th century. Intentional crackling typical of this production. Very good overall condition. Unique handcrafted piece, ideal for bohemian, Mediterranean, or collector's decor.
