Painted metal plate 1mx1m 60s closing workshops

Very large square plate hand painted metal 1m x1m, good general condition in its juice, rusts mainly at the bottom of the plate, paint unshushed, some scratches, and small accidents not twisted. Originally in a car garage, just two small holes at the top. I cleaned it summarily I will do better before shipping it (including drops of white paint).
