Antique wall-mounted font in green onyx, crucifix in metal and cut glass/crystal.

Beautiful antique wall holy water font from the 1950s-1960s. Pale green onyx plaque, adorned with a richly decorated crucifix in gilded, copper, and silver metal. At the bottom is an elegant bowl made of glass or cut crystal held by a gilded metal mount. Probably of Italian origin. Height 20 cm, width 12 cm, maximum thickness approximately 4 cm. Very good overall condition, with only two very small discreet chips on the edges of the onyx plaque. Weighs approximately 600g.
