Two Fischel Art Deco armchairs upholstered in cream leather - 1925 - No Thonet

Fischel armchairs, sold in pairs. They are typical of the interwar period, with the model appearing in the 1925 catalogue under No. E/60, and again in the catalogues from 1932/38 with slight differences. This version features the option of "ogive" leg connections that extend very low along the back legs. Dimensions: Seat height: 48 cm, Seat width: 49 cm, Depth: 47 cm. Total width: 55 cm - Total height: 79 cm. These chairs, which have seen little use, are covered in beautiful "cream" leather, on the seat and back, front and back.
