Scandinavian dining table in solid teak model 311 by Peter Hidt and Olrla Mølgaard Nielsen for Søborg Møbelfabrik. Line of great lightness. Exceptional quality of wood and craftsmanship. Slightly oval top. Tapered legs, oval at the base and finishing cylindrical. Model designed in 1956. Rare model of table produced in solid wild teak. The cost of production and the difficulty in finding teak of good enough quality to be worked in solid led the Søborg factory to cease production in the early 1960s. H 73, W 125, D 110 cm. Length with extensions: 175 cm.
