1990s “Ysmen” table lamp by Ingo Maurer & Dagmar Mombach for M-Design, Germany

A truly eye-catching 'Ysmen' table lamp designed by Ingo Maurer & Dagmar Mombach, manufactured by M-Design in Germany in the 1990s. Designed for the famous MaMo Nouchies series, recognized by unique and organic shapes with a most expressive way of emitting its light. This unique lamp has a metal frame, holding the beautiful and delicate paper shade. The paper shade softly diffuses the light in different ways throughout its shape. An absolutely fantastic find of mid-century lighting! The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
