Art Deco meridian in a fan shape - Fully restored by an upholsterer.

Description: Superb Art Deco daybed (1930s/1940s) with a fan-shaped backrest (basket shape), offering elegant, graphic, and timeless curved lines. Exceptional Condition & Restoration: This piece has been completely stripped and reupholstered anew three years ago by a master upholsterer. The traditional padding has been fully revised, and the seat is covered in a stunning high-quality textured fabric in beige/grey tones, in absolutely impeccable condition (no stains, no wear). Structure & Cane Work: The beautifully crafted wooden structure is perfectly sound, stable, and robust. The double cane work on the lower right backrest is original and in remarkable condition (no broken, loose, or damaged strands). Authentic Details: The solid wood front legs show slight signs of use on their original patina, which attests to the authenticity of the piece and adds to its charm. A unique family piece, sound, clean, and "ready to place" in a refined interior or a demanding decoration project.
