English military / campaign chest of drawers. Originally from England. This piece of furniture was used in the English army in the 19th century. The furniture consists of two parts, typical campaign furniture, so that it is easier to move to the next camp. Made of solid camphor wood with concealed brass fittings. In the centre, a fold-out desk function. With various drawers and compartments to store writing materials or documents. Beautiful original condition. Top slightly greyed. Old sticker from the Brussels auction house on the back. Dimensions: 104L X 49D X 115H cm.
