Antique painting on wood - bouquet of flowers

Antique paintings depicting bouquets are a delight to the eye. I was overjoyed to discover this one. This work was done in oil. Its black background elegantly and deeply highlights a beautifully executed bouquet of flowers. The work was created on a wooden panel, without ostentation. Only the artistic achievement is on display. The painting, which is old, shows some traces of its age, adding to the charm of this piece. Painting signed Florenes. Here is a lovely bouquet of flowers that will never wilt.
