They are made of black tempered glass, octagonal in shape, with a red trim on the edges, manufactured by Arcoroc France, in the Octime series. The OCTIME tableware is iconic of the 1980s, where black and geometric shapes replaced the bright colours and organic forms of the 1960s and 70s.
