vintage boomerang desk Pastoe

A vintage boomerang desk from the 1960s. I have not been able to determine with 100% certainty who the maker is. The desk is attributed to Pastoe (by Cees Braakman), but they could neither confirm nor deny this. It is also attributed to Tijsseling, however it seems that the desk is theirs and does not have the boomerang curve. It is a sturdy solid desk, which is a real eye-catcher due to its round shape. The vintage desk has 6 drawers and a bookshelf on the other side. The design of the desk makes it a beautiful freestanding piece in a room. The rosewood has discolouration on the top due to its age. The desk is quite heavy in weight. Information about vintage boomerang desk: Material: rosewood, metal. Colour: brown, cream, silver. Condition: good, signs of use.
