Baccarat crystal decanter engraved with guilloché volute acid 1920

This beautiful decanter is made of baccarat crystal. This is a rare model: with a pansue shape and a three-billed neck. The pantogravure décor is superb: a guilloché ornament of delicate scrolls. This technique is presented at the baccarat museum: the crystal was coated with a wax and the decoration is drawn with a needle in pantogravure in wax, then the object is immersed in an acid bath that attacks the crystal bare. The name of the model must be identified. Its cap does not seem original, but it fits rather well. Glasses of the same service are also available. In good condition, it measures 29 cm in height X 12 cm in diameter. I report a slight deposit and scratches of use.
