Large service range in silver metal, gabon model. Hallmark "christofle" Art deco model - 1930s-40s. Good condition, traces of time, scratches of use. Length: 22 cm. The gabon model, with straight and clean lines, typical of the art deco years was created by the designer christian fjerdingstadt in 1937. This model is inspired by art deco architecture, the handle is highlighted by an arcature whose line softens the rigor of the nets stretching along the handle. It was exhibited at the christofle pavilion at the universal exhibition in paris in 1937.
