Set of 3 nesting tables in wood and mother-of-pearl, damask style.

Beautiful set of three handcrafted nesting tables, purchased and brought back from Egypt in 2005. Made of dark wood, they feature a remarkable geometric decoration in Damascene style, composed of marquetry and numerous mother-of-pearl inlays with iridescent reflections. The patterns extend onto the borders and some structural elements. The three tables fit one under the other. They can be used as side tables, end tables, or decorative elements. Dimensions — length × width × height: * Large table: 50 × 32 × 47 cm. * Medium table: 42 × 30 × 45 cm. * Small table: 35 × 27 × 44 cm. The set shows signs of use and some damage: small chips and missing pieces on the wood, a crack on one corner, and a damaged end of a leg. These defects are photographed and taken into account in the price. The marquetry of the tops remains very decorative and retains beautiful reflections. Sale of the entire set only. A personal handover is preferred due to the fragility of the mother-of-pearl.
