Small bust of the greek god esculape (asclepios) in patinated plaster imitating bronze, 21 cm high base included. The base is made of white marble. In good condition. Small traces of wear very discreet are to be noted, difficult to render in pictures. In greek mythology, asclepios is in the homeric epic a thessaly hero and then, in classical times, the greco-roman god of medicine.
