Buffet Deauville 1950 pop art XIX by Laurence DELMOTTE BERREBY

Former vintage buffet 1950 fully customized in 2010 by the painter laurence delmotte ber, taking up in the manner of the poster artists, the main themes that make the reputation of deauville, a seaside resort known for its beach with its umbrellas and boards trodden by the stars of cinema and fashion, its horse races, its golf practice. A "19th century piece of art" with a pop art spirit in pastel colors green - red - orange on a white background, signed on the set and back ld berreby - VII 2010. Deauville inscriptions on the front and challenge fred on the sides with the jeweler's typo. The buffet has 2 side doors, one of which opens onto a small wooden "rack" attached to the door and used as a bread hutch. In the centre are two drawers in the upper part and a small door underneath.  Note: damaged paint on the tray at the level of the hand. Impact on the furniture on the central door. Some traces of usage visible in the photos. Buffet in very nice condition, ready to install. Dimensions (cm): l145 X p50 X h102.
