This charming bouillotte table in the Louis XVI style embodies neoclassical elegance in all its finesse. Made of mahogany and beech, it features a round top adorned with a checkerboard marquetry, whose geometric pattern reflects the 18th century's taste for harmony, symmetry, and artisanal precision. The circumference of the tabletop is enhanced by a finely pierced gilded brass gallery. The four turned legs, elegantly fluted, recall the aesthetic codes of this period: refined sobriety, balanced verticality, and purity of form. Compact and bright, this side table fits perfectly into a classic or contemporary interior. Its meticulous marquetry makes it a decorative piece of character. Period: Mid-20th century. In good condition after restoration in our cabinetmaking workshop. Waxed finish. 659V.
