Vintage mirror 1910 triptych barber Art Deco army - 24 x 51 cm

Old triptych barber hairdresser mirror in nickel-plated metal, crocodile and glass circa 1910 in good condition. The fit is clearly 1930s, the sturdy hinges and knurled nuts that connect them as well as the real crocodile back. The red cross label suggests that it is a mirror which would have served military use during the first world war in this case. The frame displays a delicious patina, the glasses are very clean although marked by time, the real crocodile back is superb, it is very rare on these models. We love the refined screw hinges which evoke the pinions of industrial machines from the period. Each panel measures 21x15cm (24x15 feet included) and the whole deployed measures 21x51cm (24x51cm with feet).
