With its somewhat rustic yet refined charm, this bohemian earthenware pitcher is typically mid-century. Its elegantly flared silhouette gives it a soft and composed appearance. The eye-catching decoration: created using the sgraffito technique, it combines fine vertical lines on the neck, a frieze of undulating waves, crosshatch patterns, and lovely medallions that rhythmically enhance the overall design with elegance. The main glaze is a deep, shiny green, truly beautiful, balanced by brown-black areas with slightly iridescent reflections. This vintage pitcher will have a lovely presence on a shelf, a sideboard, or simply placed there for visual pleasure. The pitcher is old and typically mid-century. It is in good condition. The glaze is shiny and deep green. Small chips in the glaze are visible on the neck. 9 to 15cm in diameter, 22cm in height. Visible in Colmar, delivery possible upon request.
