Oval earthenware dish from Niderviller "Beyerlé Grand Siècle" 32x36cm

This superb dish is made of niderviller earthenware. This model is called "grand siècle beyerle". In white enamel on red earth, it presents a delightful decoration of moldings. It is an elegant scalloped and molded oval dish. The niderviller factory was a renowned earthenware factory from the 18th century until the end of the 20th century. Production has been stopped for several years. Marked "niderviller hand painted france 1748-1770" and "nb", this dish is in very good condition. There are traces of manufacturing and enamelling - point des pernettes - on the back. It measures 36cm X 32cm. I note discreet scratches from use. Two dishes are available in stock.
