Set of 11 octagonal plates with English faience flowers 1870

Exceptional octagonal plates of victorian english faience signed brownfield and sons, dated before or around 1870. Sublime décor of monochrome flowers wood color on ivory faience, this is the dayton décor, at once eccentric and tidy, fantastic and modern when you think of the time of crinolines. Typically english shape 19th, the wing not very raised, here bordered by a simple relief. Note a no-shock crack on a plate, 3 plates carry a shrapnel under one of the angles, invisible from the front. No sign of use. 22, 4cm diameter. Very elegant. English!.
