1980s “Elle 55” floor lamp by Tommaso Cimini for Lumina, Italy

An eye-catching floor lamp, model “Elle 55”, designed by Tommaso Cimini and manufactured by Lumina in Italy around 1980. This unique find is made of high quality grey coloured metal with a tubular metal arm with joint, holding a round shade with multiple layers. The lamp is easy to adjust in direction and position which makes it a versatile piece for any interior! It emits bright light that is nicely complemented by the unique structure of its shade. A highly recognizable quality piece of Italian mid-century design! It remains in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
