Scandinavian teak secretary bookcase, Denmark, 1960s.

Scandinavian secretary library in solid teak, made in Denmark in the 1960s. This multifunctional piece combines elegance and practicality: a top section with fixed shelves, a drop-down front creating a workspace (40 cm deep when opened) and small storage compartments, as well as a large lower cabinet with two hinged doors equipped with a key. The slender supports rest on brass feet, adding a light and refined touch typical of Scandinavian design from this period. Its balanced proportions (width 96 cm, height 176 cm) make it an ideal piece for a living room, office, or bedroom. The solid teak, carefully crafted, illustrates Danish craftsmanship from the 1960s, combining functionality and minimalist aesthetics. A rare set, blending Scandinavian elegance, comfort, and artisanal skill, selected by Furniture1960. 2505310.
