Superb pilgrim spoon / serving ladle Christofle in silver metal

Magnificent and large pierced serving spoon of the "pilgrim shovel" type (ideal for biscuits, tarts, cakes or petits fours), signed by the prestigious French house Christofle. Material: High-quality silver-plated metal (markings and Christofle hallmarks visible). Dimensions: Large length of approximately 24 to 26 cm, perfect for serving. Pattern: Subtle shell chiselling with very fine pierced floral motifs. Handle: Adorned with an elegant monogram engraved with intertwined initials (style "HM"), typical of the refinement of antique table arts. Beautiful antique piece in generally good condition, showing normal micro-scratches from use for its age, which attest to its authenticity. The silver plating retains a lovely shine.
