Console end table in chrome metal and smoked glass Space Age

This pretty console whose base is in chrome metal and the tops in amber smoked glass, in the "space age" style, harmoniously combines straight and curved lines: tops with rounded corners, tubular base rounding at the top of the corners. It probably dates from the 70s. The glass tops are simply placed on 4 supports, provided with small black “foam” rectangles for those at the bottom. The top supports were surrounded by unsightly white tape (not original that's for sure) which I removed and replaced with small black plastic tubes (electrical conduit). This harness is in good general condition, solid and stable, but does not hide its age: the chrome metal has a few small marks and is a little pitted in places, mainly on the bottom of the feet, but it remains barely visible. The edges of the trays have some very small chips or marks, very barely visible. We also note a small rectangle where the chrome is brighter than elsewhere by 2 cm, not very visible, this corresponds to a place which was surrounded by a small piece of tape. The welds are quite visible, but it seems original to me. The base is a square measuring 35 cm on each side, the tops measure 32 cm on each side. The total height of the furniture is 61 cm, the tray below is 19 cm high. The whole thing weighs around 4 kg. For a Colissimo shipment, I may make two separate packages if this seems necessary for the safety of the glass trays.
