Amazing an very rare architect desk anglepoise lamp from MCM made in the 1950's or 1960's. The provenance of this vintage light is unknown. Due to their simplicity and minimalism, such lights were very popular among students, engineers and architects. Many have been using them for decades due to their durability. This mid century modern lamp in industrial style is in very good shape with nice vintage patina. See the photos. All metal parts are original, made of iron or light aluminum. The light fixture has been serviced, the switch, bulb socket and plug have been replaced. It's a very useful adjustable table light for vintage or retro enthusiasts.
