French Art Deco Clock Marble Onyx & Brass With A Bronzed Spelter Gazelle

Fantastic french art deco wind up mantle clock in marble onyx and spelter. The base of the clock is in black marble with green onyx detail to the front. The bronzed spelter gazelle is in a relaxing pose looking towards the clock. The clock is in cream marble with orange and brown veins running through it and as a doomed glass front.the numbers are in green and the hands in gold metal. The clock is held in position on a decorative brass piece and the clock housing is brass.the clock winds with a key in the back and ticks nicely. This is a impressive piece very art deco with wonderful colours and superb quality.the clock is working and kept good time over a 24 hour period and the winder is working well. There is a small button missing on the hand winder. The marble onyx and glass are in good vintage condition the base as a couple of minor nibbles around the edges. The clock will be partly dismantled for security in delivery and we recommend you get the clock serviced after delivery.all of the items we sell are second hand/vintage/antique and used, so please check the photos before purchasing as these form part of the description.
