Lafargue Aurillac chrome metal and black skai chair

This elegant chair has beautiful slender lines thanks to its thin tapered feet and pretty curves. It must date back to the 1960s. It is a chair of the publishing house lafargue in aurillac in the cantal (cachet on the skai under the seat) that has been producing furniture since 1938. I cleaned it carefully and replaced the 4 black skates that were out of use. Given its age, it is in relatively good condition: solid, stable and comfortable. But it still has some traces of use: the chrome on the structure is still very bright but has a few small oxidation points (mainly not visible because in the underside). The skai is still very flexible but has some tiny spots and a scratch with two equally tiny holes on one of the high corners of the back. The padding appears to be in good condition. It measures 78 cm high at the back, about 45 cm in seat height, 37 cm wide at the seat. The seat is 35 cm deep and the chair is about 45 cm deep. It weighs about 4 kg.
