Brutalist coffee table by Belgian artist Raf Verjans 1980s

One of a kind atelier-made coffee table by Belgian artist Raf Verjans from the 1980s. A rare example of Belgian art furniture that combines bold materials with refined craftsmanship. The table features a composition of aluminium and brass, creating a dynamic interplay of texture, form, and reflection. At its centre sits an inset agate stone, offering a natural counterpoint to the industrial character of the metal. The base is executed in black laminated wood, grounding the sculptural metal composition. Remains in very good condition with no damage.
