Eames Herman Miller 1950s RAR rocking chair in light tan

Original Charles and Ray Eames rocking chair in light tan. Vintage fibreglass shell on replacement black powder coated base with solid walnut wood runners (we also have zinc bases and oak/birch runners if you would prefer). Or dowel/Eiffel, H base/cats craddle/stacking in various finishes. The contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age really well. In good vintage condition.  The shockmounts are in good condition.  Approximate dimensions: Width: 63.5cm Depth: 61cm Height: 68cm Seat height: 43cm. The seat and base will be dismantled for safer shipping but can be bought fully assembled if so desired - please let us know in this case and we will let you have a shipping quote.
