Rare chaise longue Muse, imagined by the German designer Jochen Flacke for Étienne Aigner in the 1980s. This creation perfectly embodies German postmodern design: a sculptural silhouette with taut lines, a particularly graphic asymmetrical profile, and a generous seat offering remarkable comfort. The entire piece is dressed in its original black leather, subtly highlighted by an elegant water green piping that accentuates the model's lines. Its chrome base at the front seems to almost float the chaise longue, while the back rests on a monolithic support covered in leather. Both a collector's item and a true reading chaise, this Muse naturally finds its place in a contemporary interior, a gallery, or an architectural project. The overall condition is exceptional for a piece over forty years old. The leather shows a beautiful patina as well as some signs of use consistent with its age. A piece that has become rare on the market. Dimensions. * Length: 188 cm. * Depth: 70 cm. * Height: 62 cm. * Seat height: 34 cm.
