A dallah (arabic: ملم) is a traditional arabic coffee maker that has been used for centuries to brew and serve qahwa (gahwa), an arabic coffee or gulf coffee made through a multi-stage ritual, and khaleeji, a spicy and bitter coffee traditionally served at festivals like eid ul-fitr.
