Rare German modernist vase from the 1970s, VEB Haldensleben Fat Lava with an aesthetic close to brutalism and Bauhaus. Clean rectangular form, with a circular through-opening that gives it a strong sculptural presence. The glaze features a beautiful speckled finish in khaki brown with aquamarine reflections. Numbered under the base 2902. In very good condition. Dimensions: 10 X 10 X H22.
